The Miracle of Multiplication

I would like to give all of the glory and thanksgiving to Jesus Christ for what He did on this trip simply because of His Grace. I stand in awe of Jesus Christ, our risen king!

One thing that He told me was that when He invites you on a mission trip, it is because He is planning to visit that land with His presence and He simply wants your companionship. Because He loves this world and He delights in showing Himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are perfect in him. He simply wants you with him! To watch Him do the work, to watch Him work the miracles, to watch Him open doors that no man can shut.

And I know that not one of us is perfect but by HIS GRACE we are perfected when we put our faith in Him and when we set our devotion and minds on Him no matter the hardships, no matter the circumstances, and no matter what comes our way. When we know that we are walking with Him and we keep our focus on Him....he perfects us through it all!

The trip started in Ft. Lauderdale where I was invited to give the love offering talk at a Revival meeting. I planned to speak about one topic but as I was going to go up, I heard the Holy Spirit repeatedly whisper, “Five loaves and two fish. Five loaves and two fish”, over and over and over! And so I obeyed! When I began to share, God released an anointing for multiplication, which ended up being the theme of the trip. A sister in Christ stepped into it by faith and God birthed a friendship between us when He then instructed us to drive down to South Florida together.

During our drive, we began to worship God together and His Glory just filled the car and as we were nearing her home we found that we were actually on a mission trip. A strange fog was covering South Florida and The Lord began to reveal to me that the enemy was planning to cause an out-of-season hurricane. But he is always more than two steps ahead of the schemes of the enemy and that plan was shattered due to the worship and intercession. The storm formed shortly after but it did not prosper. It only became an out-of-season tropical storm and did minimal damage across the land. Praise The Lord!

From there, I flew to Trinidad with the revival team where we had a wonderful time of fellowship and ministry. I was asked to preach at a city-wide healing meeting where I preached on, “Do Not Quench The Holy Spirit” and was given the opportunity to pray for Trinidad together with the local church! In the revival meetings that followed, I found that God really moved to set women free of feminine issues, witchcraft, poverty, and spiritual spouses.

After that, I headed down to Tobago where I was given the opportunity to preach the gospel at another church. I taught about the Woman At The Well and how God knows all about us and he often reveals what is hidden, not to condemn us but to pour out His Grace when we repent. That he may fix what is missing in our lives and in our characters so that He may pour out the lives and in our characters so that He may pour out the fullness of His goodness and His presence on us.  

After the preaching, an altar call was held and God released His Fire and His Glory upon the people. The most notable miracle was of a woman who had a goiter protruding out of the side of her neck. I placed my hand there and literally felt Jesus Christ shrink it to nothing! Because it is nothing under the mighty hand of God! He also baptized people in fire and glory, gave new tongues, and wonderfully delivered a woman who was bound up with a spiritual spouse. After she was delivered, I felt very strongly that she was one of the main reasons why I was sent halfway across the world. She had been really suffering and crying out to the Lord and in His faithful love, He heard her cry and set her free. It was a glorious time in the presence of the Lord!

But I also discovered that He poured out so much of His presence because it is His goodness that draws men to repentance and I was also sent there to call that church from the wrong path and back into His paths of righteousness. In doing so, I found a newfound understanding of the relationship between Holiness and grace and a new understanding of His Grace in the face of my own shortcomings that I hope to share at a later time.

Tobago was a particularly difficult mission and so I was able to take a three-day respite in Trinidad where I was joined by a member of the team. After that, we were sent to Miami, Florida to intercede against a mass shooting. We were sent to Bayside marketplace and when we arrived there was a yacht sailing through the harbor that was named Satan. It was so bizarre because so many of the people there were entranced by this boat.

I felt like I was in Sodom and Gomorrah! Out of my spirit arose a prayer, Maranatha, come Lord Jesus and He responded by pouring out His fire! Hours later a riot took place there in which even the media reported that they were amazed that no one got shot. Our God truly is an awesome God!

While in Florida, I began to feel a leading to go to Cuba which was confirmed when I received a Macedonian-type call through a dream, accompanied by the scripture;

“I hereby command you: Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”  Joshua 1:9

I was pretty nervous because the pastors that I was with the last time I was there were beaten and detained the week after I left but by His Grace, I placed my faith in His protection and went. And I am very happy that I went because once again, God absolutely astounded me with His presence.

Cuba is in the midst of a severe food shortage and when we first arrived, we ate at a restaurant and while walking out, I was so convicted until a man came up to me and asked me for my leftovers. The conviction lifted after but then God began to give me a glimpse of His heart for the poor and the hungry. The weight was so heavy that I couldn’t even walk for about thirty minutes as he gave me image after image of the poor.

As I prayed into it, He supernaturally connected me with the right people to start a feeding program for the church in Cuba called The Rice and Beans Project. I am working on the video that has more information and will send it out as soon as I am done.

God supernaturally multiplied the finances that I had to provide for the first donation of food to His church. It was such a joy to be able to partner with God and bring His kingdom provision to some of the neediest and most forgotten people on this earth. Forgotten by man that is, but loved and cherished by God.

While there, I was instructed to go to a particular beach and when I entered the water, I heard people talking about the Holy Spirit right next to me! I introduced myself and discovered that they were pastors of a house church and they invited me to attend the next day. While there, I was given the opportunity to share my testimony and pray for the sick.

When the call was given to pray for the sick, I was very overwhelmed by the number of people who came forward. Cuba has free healthcare but no medicine or supplies on the island but they did have a simple faith in the healing power of God and He showed up in response to their faith!

It was amazing to watch God yet again multiply the little that I had in my basket to meet their need. By faith, I just laid hands on them and watched The Great Physician Jesus Christ, heal their bodies, minds, and emotions. I felt Him move in their bodies as He took out what shouldn’t be there, replaced it with what should, and gloriously filled them with His Holy Spirit.

We had a little translation difficulty but that didn’t stop the healing power of God. The most notable miracle was a man who had been stricken with two strokes and had all of his lingering symptoms removed by the love of Christ who then gave him the prophetic promise that neither Him nor anyone in his family would be stricken with the curse of stroke ever again. Praise Jesus! 

We were also invited to attend a revival service with Christian pastors from all around the island where one pastor ministered out of the story of Joshua and the spies about how to keep your faith in the promises of God despite the mountains of impossibility that may surround you. I was so blessed by this gospel message and even more blessed when the time of ministry began. God released his manifest presence on the church as these on-fire pastors ministered to the church's needs. Jesus was present in Glory and power amid such hardship and I am forever marked and changed by this experience. 

After the service, we gathered for fellowship where I was graced to prophesy over Cuba and join in the prayer of agreement with those pastors for the will of God to be done on the island.  A financial package was due to come into effect on the island on February 1st which would have drastically raised the prices of everything in an already unaffordable situation but in the midnight hour, God intervened!

Hours before the package was to come into place, the financial systems on the island were hit by a cyberattack which prevented the financial measures from taking effect. That week they also removal several governmental ministers including the ministers of economics and food. Cuba was also given a huge food package by the UAE and restored diplomatic ties with South Korea which will bring in much-needed finances on the island. The prayers of the righteous availeth much and the Grace of God avails even more so!

Unfortunately, I had to come home suddenly due to a waterborne illness but I took advantage of the time to rest and once I was feeling better, I was asked to share at my home church about the trip. They were so moved that they generously gave and we were able to send the second food package by the Grace of God! God was faithful to multiply the little, yet again.

So what can I say about the goodness of God? What can I say about His grace? 

Words can not express the unsurmountable greatness of the love of God but I can do my little part by sharing this testimony because I can not help but speak about what The Lord has done! In Jesus' name alone, this work was accomplished through the nations. No other name has the power to save nations and no other name can receive the glory. Let every other name fade away but the name of Jesus!! Jesus!!
